Fashion Blogging is one of the best options for people who are interested in fashion and lets be honest every one wants to be updated with the latest trends in the fashion industry . Majority of you would have some kind of fashion sense so its not really hard to use this skill into something more productive  , like making a fashion blog, and even make money from just the thing you love i.e Fashion .

That’s pretty much everything you need to start your own fashion website.Now as for the ways to start a fashion blog , you have many options and you can choose whichever suits you best.

Start Fashion Blog On Blogspot / WordPress / Tumblr :

All three platforms mentioned above can be used to start any blog without any cost .

-Blogspot being most customizable and completely cost free. One of the best choice to start free fashion blogging .

-On wordpress you have some limitations on custom designs , so if you are not into custom designs for your blog , you can choose from a lot of available templates to design your website. The good this about wordpress is that it looks  good .

-Tumblr is also like wordpress but you have better chance of getting more followers on tumblr as compared to wordpress. Negative side is that your content will be shared on many other blogs so you might not get direct hits to your own site.

Start Fashion Blogging On Pinterest :

Pinterest is an image board site where you can share images . So you can use it to share images and web links about fashion . Create a board  about Fashion and start uploading cool images . The down side to this option to get into fashion industry is that you won’t have the option to write your own opinions . I would suggest you use Pinterest in combination with other ways to promote your content by sharing links to your fashion blog.

Start Fashion Blogging On Instagram and Flickr

Instagram and Flickr are the best way out there to get quick followers . Just upload Images about fashion , write some short opinion and you have a fashion blog that will get bigger as you get more followers. If you start a fashion blog on Instagram or Flickr then you will have to focus on producing better images related to fashion industry .

How To Completely Remove Navbar From Blogger

Blogger is famous for allowing its users to completely customize the look of blog. most of the people don’t like the navigation bar (also called as address bar) on the top of blog as it takes some extra space and don’t look good .

You will find many resources that will show you how to hide navbar but completely removing the navbar from your blogger blog is something different that’s what i will show you, that is how you can completely remove navbar widget  from your blog and even from your html code.

Step 1 : Go to the template section and then click on “edit html” to proceed to the html section

Step 2: check “expand widgets”

step 3: remove the following code from your html

Step 4 : Once you remove the code of the Navbar widget from your template html code save the template .while saving the template your will be asked if you want to keep the navbar widget or delete it . Delete the navbar widget and you are good to go.

NOTE : Always download your blog template first before making any changes to it .

How To Write Quality Content For Blog

The most important factor to make any blog successful is quality content . Without quality content on your blog , you will never be able to get high traffic from search engines. Following are the guidelines that you should follow to write quality content for your blog.

Stop worrying about seo and just follow these four simple rules to write best quality content for blog that your users will love as well as Google and other search engines .

– Never copy your post content from other sources on internet. Even if you have to copy some text e.g Quote , always give a link back to source of the content . Make sure you link to a high quality source site and not some spamy site with little authority.

 – Always keep your readers in mind when you are writing your blog posts . Don’t write posts for search engines but for people who are going to read it . Make sure that your content is useful for readers.

– Don’t fill your content with unnecessary keywords . Keyword stuffing makes your content hard to read and even search engines don’t like it.

– Always write original content . And try to maintain a reasonable length of your articles. about 500 words tend to be enough for any blog post. try to have a lower limit of about 300 words at least. There is no upper limit as long as you don’t put unrelated information in your post content.

How to Change Blog Name and Address

Naming a blog can be a tricky thing as the name you originally chose for your blog might not make sense when you look at it after a few days , although naming your blog should be done carefully in the beginning but for some reason if you want to change your blog name you can do so in the settings of your blogger dashboard.

1. Login to Blogger with your credentials and you will have access to your dashboard.
2. Select the blog whose name you want to change (Drop down from top left corner).
3. Go to the settings tab and there you will see options to edit details about your blog like Title , description and Blog Address. Simply change the blog address and/or title of blog and save your changes.

If you have a fairly new blog then changing your blog address won’t affect your blog much as the your blog will start ranking with the new url but if you have been blogging for a while then maybe it would be better if you avoid changing blog address frequently as this can affect your blog’s ranking in search engine and your blog won’t be accessible from older address .
